Argentine accordionist, arranger and composer Aldo Taborda is Argentine and South American Accordion Champion, and placed 3rd at the Castelfidardo Accordion World Championship and 4th in the Astor Piazzolla Category.

A Pigini Accordion Italia endorser, he has toured Argentine music through Chile, Brazil and Colombia, and appeared on the soundtrack of the film “Retiro Voluntario” with Imanol Arias and Darío Grandinetti.

A judge at numerous international competitions, this year he serves as Argentine juror at the Castelfidardo Accordion World Trophy.

At PIF 2026 he brings to the stage the music of Astor Piazzolla, of whom he is a leading interpreter.
