For subscription validation, the competitors must sent the requested data to the organizer Municipality of Castelfidardo. The data base of PIF will be treated by the organizer so legally and correctly, to protect the confidentiality, and the sole purpose of carrying out the PIF. The art. 7 of D.Lgs. n. 196/03 including for every person the possibility to obtain the updating, rectification and integration of data, deletion or blocking in case of treatment in violation of the law. The data controller is the Municipality of Castelfidardo.
