Adriano Ranieri, accordionist, bandoneonist, pianist, was born in Lanciano (CH).
He graduated in Accordion (Conservatory “Piccinni” of Bari and Conservatory “S. Cecilia” of Rome for the II level Academic Diploma) with M ° Pitocco, in Piano with M ° Moresco and in Didactics of Music (Conservatory “D “Announcement” of Pescara). He also studied Composition and Conducting.
He performs as a soloist, in chamber ensembles and with important orchestras. He collaborated with the Teatro Stabile “C. Goldoni ”of Venice. He played with the San Carlo Theater Orchestra of Naples, the Abruzzese Symphony Orchestra and the Rai National Symphony Orchestra of Turin. He has collaborated with important orchestra directors such as Maestri, Panni, Bertini, Rozhdestvensky and Piovani.
He has given concerts for the Italian Embassy in Nigeria and at the Tianjin Conservatory in China (the oldest and most prestigious in China).
He has performed in several TV shows and recorded several film soundtracks.
He has won 88 national and international accordion competitions.
Many of his students, some of whom are already accordion teachers at State and Conservatory Schools, are winners of important national and international musical performance competitions.
 He holds the Chair of Accordion at the “L. D’Annunzio ”of Pescara, after having been for 11 years at the“ L. Refice ”of Frosinone.
